This stuff is amazing. I dont know how it works but its truly a one time thing. One treatment and lice and nits are gone. Highly recommended. 😁

Didn’t get what I purchased

I got 2 conditioners in my kit and went to use it today and had no shampoo to do my daughters hair with. Super frustrating I had to go and get Nix which I really didn’t want to use. That is why I bought the hello naturals kit!

I'm so sorry about the mix up. You can actually use the conditioner to get rid of the lice as well. The shampoo and conditioner both have the enzyme that kills the lice.
I think what happened was, we were out of the shampoo and that's why you were sent two conditioners. You should have received an email and or a phone message explaining how to use it.  That being said, I will get you out a Treatment shampoo today. Again, I'm so sorry for the inconvenience.
